TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF JACKTOP CASINO

1. DEFINITIONS

• "Account" means the account created by the User to access the Services.
• "CGA" means Curacao Gaming Authority.
• "Fees" means any charges or commissions payable in connection with the use of the Services.

• "Licence" means the licence granted by CGA to FGS Software Solutions S.R.L. (the "Operator") under which the Operator is authorised to provide online gaming services.
• "Services" means any services provided by the Operator in relation to the Games, including but not limited to registration, payment processing and customer support.
• "User" means any individual who uses or accesses the Services, including but not limited to individuals who register for an Account.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By registering for an Account, accessing or using the Services, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. LICENCE TO USE THE SERVICES

The Operator grants the User a non-exclusive, personal licence to use the Services subject to these Terms and Conditions.

4. AGE RESTRICTION

The User must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required in their jurisdiction) to access or use the Services.

5. IDENTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

The Operator may require the User to provide identification and/or verification documents as a condition of registering for an Account or accessing certain features of the Services.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

All payments made through the Services are subject to these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to payment processing fees and currency exchange rates.

7. WITHDRAWALS

The Operator may delay or withhold withdrawals from the User's Account if they have reasonable grounds to suspect that the withdrawal is related to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

8. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING POLICY

The Operator has a responsible gambling policy in place, including but not limited to deposit limits, self-exclusion and reality checks. The User agrees to use the Services responsibly and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION

The Operator will collect, store and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights in the Games and Services belong to the Operator or their licensors.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao. Any claims or disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be brought solely in the courts of Curacao.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Operator may modify or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The User's continued use of the Services after such modification or update shall constitute acceptance by the User of the modified or updated Terms and Conditions.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between the Operator and the User regarding the subject matter hereof.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
